Protect Human Rights is working with Coloradans for Protecting Reproductive Freedom to gather signatures for Initiative #89, a 2024 ballot measure that will enshrine abortion access in the Colorado Constitution. 

 

185,000 signatures are needed by March to get this initiative on the November ballot. Time is of the essence--the sooner the coalition collects the needed signatures, the higher up on the ballot this important issue will be. Donate what you can to the Center for Reproductive Rights to help them fight for abortion rights across the US.

Tell your friends about Adkins v. State of Idaho, a case challenging the limited scope of the medical exceptions to Idaho’s two abortion bans: a total trigger ban and a “vigilante”-style six-week ban. The case was brought on behalf of four women who were denied abortion care despite facing severe pregnancy complications; two Idaho physicians who provide obstetrical care; and a professional membership organization.
