• Send an e-mail to info@lirotecthumanrights.org.
• Attach your image as a GIF file.
• State the url address the image will have a link to (ex 'http://www.oursite.our')
• State what TITLE text you want for your image, max. 70 characters. TITLE text appears when people hover their cursor over your image.
• State where you want your graphic to be placed on the homepage (eg. "30 blocks right 20 blocks down from the upper left corner").
